The most beautiful thing is to look back at your tracks in life without regrets. For as long as I can remember, skiing has been my passion. I came from the Rockies of Colorado to the Sierra Nevada chasing my dream of being a professional telemark skier. On my journey, I have gone from competing in competitions to putting on expositions and comps to guiding people into the backcountry in an effort to promote the sport and a love for the outdoors.
My focus the past few years has been filming with Tough Guy Productions. It is rewarding watching an idea grow into a film, and the challenge of matching the images in my head with my segment in the next film keeps me coming back for more. The goal is to create something that is as simple as it can be, yet speaks to the very core of how people interact with nature in the outdoors.
